Christmas in a ball! A fillet of turkey breast, stuffed with both sage & onion stuffing and our own Farm Butchery sausage meat, then wrapped in smoked streaky bacon.
These are ideal as individual portions or can be cut to give attractive slices on a plate
Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to Gas 6/200°C, place on an oven proof tray, covered with foil & bake in oven for 40mins, remove foil and bake for a further 10mins until meat is piping hot and juices run clear.
